Operator and contact

speakinginfrontofpeople.com, a guide to growing from small rooms to bigger audiences, is operated by the site itself, and it alone decides how visit data is handled. Send any privacy question to hello@speakinginfrontofpeople.com.

Measurement

There are no logins and nothing to fill in. The room size you tick in the ladder stays in your browser. The site records a few anonymous signals: a page load, scroll depth, and a click on an app button together with its spot on the page. Each signal includes the page address, the site you came from, link campaign tags if present, browser language, operating system and a random identifier kept in your browser. Your IP address helps estimate a rough region and is never stored in full.

Processing

Signals go to an endpoint on this domain first and then to an analytics provider that hosts data inside the European Union. They are read as totals to make the guide clearer. Nothing is sold, and nothing goes to ad networks.

Browser storage

The site sets no cookies. It saves a random visitor identifier and a session identifier that starts over after thirty idle minutes. Removing this site's data in your browser deletes both. With scripts blocked the text still reads fine and no signals are sent.

Links to the app stores

Buttons for the Confidently app point to /small-room on this domain. That path reads your browser's user agent, sends Android phones to Google Play and all other devices to the App Store, and passes the button's spot on the page to Google Play as a referrer. Nothing is logged in between. After that, the store's terms and the app's own policy apply.

Your requests

Ask through the email above and signals linked to your random identifier will be erased. Since the identifier says nothing about who you are, wiping this site's storage is the fastest reset.
